This outstanding 1947 Cadillac Series 62 Convertible Coupe spent most of its life in Florida and is powered by the famous Cadillac 346 cubic inch, 150 HP flathead V-8 engine. This same flathead engine was used in the 2nd World War in our tanks, playing a big part in the defeat of Germany in the desert wars of northern Africa.
This car is equipped with a Cadillac 4-speed Hydramatic Transmission, power windows and power top. It is flawlessly finished in Lotus Cream with black leather interior, black top and black carpet. Cadillacs from 1941-1947 are known as one of the most beautiful ever made, and this is one of the top ’47 Cadillacs in the country, winning many awards.
The trunk lining is correctly upholstered in a material used by Cadillac at the time. Everything on this car is either original or restored.
